In this talk with a period of meditation, Self-Realization Fellowship monk Brother Kartikananda conveys wisdom from Paramahansa Yogananda on how simple spiritual practices can improve the quality of every aspect of our lives.
The teachings of all great religions point out that material pleasures can never give us lasting happiness, but we can find it through actions that help us discover the spiritual treasures that lie within each one of us. Through regular meditation, cultivating a loving relationship with God, and serving others - we can unearth the limitless, all-fulfilling joy of the soul.
This talk was recorded at the SRF temple in Fullerton, California, in February 2024.
